MIPL VCard

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MIPL VCard mobile application ("App") operated by Microlab Instruments Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

MIPL VCard is a business card and lead capture application designed for use at events and exhibitions. You may use the App to:

• Capture and store business card information.
• Manage leads collected at events.
• Export lead data to Google Sheets.
• Record audio notes associated with leads.

2. Account and Authentication

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your app PIN or master password with unauthorized individuals.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter into the App.
• You must comply with applicable data protection laws when collecting and storing personal information from business cards.
• You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of all lead data, images, and audio recordings you create in the App.
• We store your data on Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure to provide the App's sync and backup functionality.
• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

5. Google API Services

The App integrates with Google Sheets and Google Drive APIs for export functionality. By using the export feature, you authorize MIPL VCard to create and modify spreadsheet files in your Google Drive on your behalf. This access is limited to files created by the App.

6. Availability and Updates

• We strive to keep the App available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may release updates that change features or functionality.
• We reserve the right to discontinue the App with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Microlab Instruments Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
